The Challenge
Huel, a meal replacement company in the UK, recently expanded into the US market after taking over the UK market. They found that their UK ad creative wasn’t performing in the US and needed help creating advertisements that would resonate with a US audience.
Their goal was to create engaging content that showcased their brand’s personality while also leading to conversions.
The Solution
We developed a series of three satirical, relatable ad concepts after researching their brand and how they were positioned in the market.
Each ad concept was designed to resonate with a different segment of their customer base:
The corporate male who’s at the office all day
The mid-30s male developing a dad bod
The late-20s male who’s worried about turning 30
We then went on to produce these ads in both horizontal and vertical formats, long form and short form, with a variety of different hooks, designed to be tested in YouTube & Meta Ads. We expedited the delivery to have ads ready before Black Friday.
